What you will be doing:
- Developing new automated tests, participating in project structure creation, research on new market solutions. Frontend and backend.
- Design, create, document and execute test cases, test procedures and automated tests.
- Maintenace of regression test cases and automated scripts.
- Document software defects using a bug tracking system and report defects following company standards.
- Provide QA perspective on requirements, design and improvements.
- Reproduce production issues in the QA test environment.
- Monitor bug resolution efforts and track successes.
- Submit improvements proposal requests for the software and for the team working processes.
- Taking an active part in Agile ceremonies to ensure a solid understanding of the requirements and their quality.
- Providing level of effort for new user stories.
- Provide support and expert knowledge for other team members.
- Querying databases.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training or experience
- 4 – 5 years of related experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the design and development of automated tests UI/API, not needing constant supervision
- Experience in advising team to identify automatable test cases at different layers (UI, Services, and Data layer tests)
- Experience in working with REST services, SOAP is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to explain complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong communication skills and ability to produce clear, concise, and detailed documentation
- Understanding of Financial or Bankruptcy industry is a plus
- Experience with Continuous Integration, Azure DevOps is a plus
- Exposure to Behavior Driven Development (BDD) practices and experience in Agile methodology is highly desirable
- ISTQB certification is a plus
- Polish language comunicative is mandatory
